Mir@bel was created in 2009 to facilitate access to online journals by providing reliable and up-to-date information.
Led by Sciences Po Lyon, Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA, MSH Dijon and ENTPE, this network brings together a diverse community of 346 professionals (documentation specialists, librarians, journal managing editors) working to build a public database on journals.
Mir@bel also works with major French publishing platforms and agencies to increase the visibility of French scientific journals.
